LYRICS

Four, three, two, one

Listen up, ya'll, 'cause this is it
The numbers we're making are so vicious

Mathmaticious expeditious can be kind of scary
I hope my answers aren't radical or imaginary
I convert percents to fractions, it brings me some satisfaction
Like scientific notation and order of operations

Mathmaticious (repetitious)
Gets me expeditious
My answers may get vicious
My eraser's left in stitches
I make wishes (woo-ah)
I get the answer right, right
And I'll be staying up all night just to check what I write

Mathmaticious (The Pythagorean Theory)
Mathmaticious (Finds the hypotenuse for me)
Mathmaticious (Or I'll use trigonometry)
I'm Mathmaticious (d-d-d-d-d-decimal, decimal)

Locus of the points
Locus of the points
Locus of the points (points is echoing)

I'm up about figuring out greatest common factors
And when I make a pie chart I'm in need of a protractor
The angle of elevation, thanks to my calculations
Turns out to be 43, a prime number

I'm Mathmaticious (repetitious)
It makes me so ambitious
My answers are judicious
Calculator never glitches
It's my mission (deh deh deh den)
I get the answer right, right
And I'll be staying up all night just to check what I write

Mathmaticious (What's the probability?)
Mathmaticious (Of me not labeling my axis)
Mathmaticious (When graphing inequalities)
Mathmaticious (hold, hold, hold, hold, hold up, check your work)

Computing areas
Quadratic formula
Graphing parabolas
I think they're all so cool
It's my soul commitment
That I ace the Regents
Sine, cosine and tangent
Are my favorite tools

I divide, multiply, add, subtract, round off and simplify
I divide, multiply, add, subtract, round off and simplify

Seating Arrangements
Both candidates for the election of the new seating arrangement, Wei Cheng and Marcus, had decided to merge both seating arrangments to form a whole new one. Please vote for the below wisely:

1) Wei Cheng's proposed seating plan (Updated after feedbacks)
Description: Arranged as suggested by Ms Noorreny, you'll get the academic benefit by getting the better pupils to help the weaker pupils and get the noisier ones to be silent by the silent ones. Mostly stressed on bringing the greater good to you through your academic standards! The final plan had gone through approval from almost everyone of the class and was finally agreed. You'll be close to your friend but not as close... This is not an equivocation.

(Top)

2) Marcus's proposed seating plan (Created today)
Description: Arranged according to your best friends and get teachers to swap your seats if you are chatting too much. You'll get to be with your best friends... ... Mostly stressed on social aspect, bringing you to closer friendship with your BFF.

(Middle; coming up)

3) Merged seating plans (Comnig Soon!)
Description: Providing equal stress on both aspect previously stated.

(Last; coming up)

STAY TUNE FOR MORE BURNING NEWS AND POLL!!!

Dear 2C Class Committee,

A future meeting may be proposed for discussions on the NEW seating arrangements and the class decoration (don't say you don't care). We would have to hold a few decorating sessions and request for a donation from the class of at least $2 per person because after comparisons, last year's class fund in the month of May and this year's had a huge difference. THIS IS COMPULSORY.

Regarding Behaviour of Class
9:09 PM Tuesday, May 13, 2008
Dear 2C,

Exams are over? Yes and no. Yes as we had finished SA1 but no, as the upper secondary Victorians are still having exams (and we still have many more to go). So please be considerate by keeping the noise level down in class, canteen or anywhere near the school hall or the sec 3s' classroom (for your info, sec 3s' class are directly above us). Also, I must stress on Rule 6, regarding the use of electronic devices and games. STRICTLY NO PSP (Play Station Portable), Gameboy Devices, Handphone that is on, MP3/MP4/I-Pods on. If you want to use handphones or music players, do it AT YOUR OWN RISK or ask permission from the teacher. This applies to other unauthorized electronic devices as well.

During free periods, you may have games like chinese chess, rubiks cube etc. BUT NO paper aeroplanes, chasing around the class, disturbing one another etc. You are recommended to play games or do activities that won't exceed the noise level considered as high such as reading, rubiks cube, chess, poem writing, drawing, doing of assessment books etc. Also, you are expected to listen to RESPONSIBLE Monitors, Prefects and do as followed by Class Committee members as well.

Please do keep your uniform or PE properly attired, that includes youe grooming. You are expected to have a good classroom conduct by behaving. And Rule 7 of the pupil handbook states ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE TO BE CONSUMED IN THE CANTEEN. You are responsible for your own possessions, any loss of devices would solely be your responsibility unless it involves other characters.

In other words, FOLLOW ALL RULES IN THE PUPIL HANDBOOK. Work on hard to keep the excellent behaviours and continuous song of praises for 2C (Like last year, not this year)!!!

All the best on friday!
2C Class Committee, Blog Admins, Prefect of 2C

P/S (from Wei Cheng): Remember to submit the TRYBE edusave form or pay S$29.75 cash tomorrow or else you'll have to pay by cash if you didn't bring the edusave form. Those who didn't bring cash, you'll see Ms Raksha with me to see what we can do with you... ...

P/S: Would you like to have a class outing this holiday??? This will help us win the BEST CLASS AWARD at the end of the year. S$100 of the fund will be subsidised by the school, some amounts by Ms Raksha (As said by Natas) and the Class Fund as well (which is running out of money...) If you want one, please inform Natas or Ms Raksha. Thanks! = )
